With over 25 years of experience in hair, makeup, beauty, and education, she brings extensive industry and teaching expertise to vocational training across the South Coast and UK.

She began her career in hair and makeup artistry, progressed into salon ownership, and later moved into education, training, and assessment. Sallyanne is also a qualified Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), maintaining high standards in teaching, assessment, and curriculum development.

Her experience spans colleges, schools, work-based learning, and private training providers. She specialises in beauty training courses, vocational education, and inclusive learning, with a strong focus on supporting learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Sallyanne has taught a wide range of subjects, allowing her to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learners.

Her work focuses on accessible training programmes, practical, industry-relevant skills, and clear learner progression, helping students build confidence and move into employment or self-employment within the hair and beauty industry.
