Laura brings over 20 years of experience in holistic and beauty therapy education. Her background spans further education colleges and private training providers, delivering accredited qualifications including ITEC, VTCT, and City & Guilds to both sixth form and adult learners.

As a qualified Assessor and IQA, Laura is responsible for maintaining high standards in assessment practice, quality assurance, and curriculum delivery. She plays a key role in ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all training programmes.

Laura is committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring that both teaching and industry practices remain current, relevant, and aligned with evolving industry standards.
